All of our American Heart Association courses are taught by a certified instructor, formerly a school teacher turned registered nurse, with first-hand knowledge of applying these life-saving techniques and providing a training environment catering to all types of learners.

BLS

Designed for healthcare professionals (nurses, EMTs, physicians, first responders, and others in healthcare,) focusing on high-quality CPR and team dynamics in a clinical setting. It is available in flexible formats of classroom or blended/online with hands-on skills assessment, leading to a valid 2-year AHA completion card.

Heartsaver

Tailored for lay-responders without a medical background such as teachers, coaches, and office workers who need a completion card for job or regulatory requirements. This is a comprehensive course covering both life-saving rescue breathing/compressions and first aid for emergencies like choking, bleeding, or allergic reactions. It is available in flexible formats; classroom, blended/online with hands-on practice, leading to a valid 2-year AHA completion card.

Emergencies don’t just happen at the hospital. Being prepared at home, work, or when you are out and about brings peace of mind that you know how to help a loved one or even a stranger. Participants learn to perform CPR and assist with choking for victims of all ages, including infants, children, and adults. This course is in person.
